  • Account & sign-inTrouble logging in, resetting your password, or verifying your email? Email us and include the email address on your account.
  • Reporting content or usersYou can report a car, group, profile, or message directly in the app using the report option. For anything urgent, email us and we will act within 24 hours.
  • Blocking a userOpen the profile of the user you want to block and choose Block. Their content is removed from your feed immediately. You can also email us to report abuse.
  • Deleting your accountGo to Settings → Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered address.
  • Bugs & technical issuesTell us what happened, your device model, and your app version (shown in Settings). Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.

Safety & Objectionable Content

AutoCV has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. If you encounter content that violates our Terms of Service, please report it in the app or email us. We review every report and remove violating content and offending users within 24 hours.

Response Times

We are a small team and handle requests in the order they arrive. Most messages get a reply within 24 hours. Reports of abuse, safety, or objectionable content are prioritized.
